Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years of age to use SyriaCore. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly provide the Service to anyone under the age of 13.

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

SyriaCore supports sign-in through third-party identity providers brokered via Keycloak, including Facebook Login. When you choose to sign in with a third-party provider:

You may have the opportunity to post, submit, or share content through the Service, such as reviews, trip plans, and favorites. By submitting content, you:

• Represent that you own or have the right to submit such content
• Grant OPStudioz Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for operating and improving the Service
• Agree that your content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
• Understand that we may remove any content that violates these Terms or our community standards

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Post or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any systems connected to it
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without our prior written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Collect personal data of other users without their consent

All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software—are owned by OPStudioz Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OPStudioz Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including lost profits, loss of data, or goodwill—arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
